Delivery Information

We strive to deliver within the UK in 5 working days and to overseas customers within approximately 7 working days.

All orders are meticulously handled and packaged to ensure your gin arrives in perfect condition. For international deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated based on location. Please contact us at info@thebeardedcow.co.uk for a shipping quote.

Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, your gin arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.

In the event of a customer being dissatisfied with their purchase, you may return the order within 30 days for a full credit or refund, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging with the tamper seal intact.

Please note that postage and packing costs for returned items cannot be refunded.
