A beautifully smooth and well balanced complex oak aged gin. Top notes of piney juniper and smoky oak are completed by a pepper mix of cubeb, allspice and pink peppercorn with a hint of citrus and a subtle sweetness.
Fresh oak to begin, with a welcoming fruity, citrus and peppery blend.

The flavour of nutmeg is sweet and earthy, in gin the spice adds a noticable heat and a long, spicy sweetness to the finish.
Allspice tastes like a combination of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, which explains the word ‘all’ to describe the complexity.
The root adds a sweet, earthy and slightly bitter favour to the gin.
The smooth warming taste of the oak allows our Spiced Gin to be enjoyed as a stand alone drink with an ice cube.
